So what is "Panaway"? Here we have another blend that comes in the Premium Starter Kit.
"This very popular blend reduces pain and inflammation, increases circulation, and accelerates healing. It relieves swelling and discomfort from arthritis, sprains, muscle spasms, cramps, bumps, and bruises." p. 168 EOPR v.6
It's made of 4 different oils: Wintergreen, Helichrysum, Clove, and Peppermint. Wintergreen, Helichrysum, and Peppermint all have anti-inflammatory properties and Clove helps numb and kill the pain.
Oh Panaway...How do I love Thee! Let me count the TOP ways I can use you:
1. Here I mixed the 3 oils shown with 1 cup of coconut oil and stored it in a jar. When I exercise I get a little sore or if I sleep wrong and get a kink in my neck, I whip out this nifty jar. Just this morning my Man said he had a kink in his neck. I rubbed some on him and he was feeling looser. This is also my cramp cream. Sorry guys...just go to my next usage if you're a Dude. I got my cramps under control this week with my cramp cream. Once I applied it to my abdomen, I let it dry and added Lavender. Then I put a warm compress over it to help with deeper penetration of the oils. Meaning...I want these suckers to reach my cramping ovaries. Oh sweet, sweet relief! |
2. I can get some pretty mean headaches, like "I'm going to kill you, get away from me" kind of headaches. What helps me is to take a hot shower and put a drop of Panaway in with me. That starts the relaxing process. Then I grab my pain cream and massage it onto my temples, neck, and shoulders. Once I'm done rubbing away, I cup my hands and breathe in the oils. The aroma of it all helps my body release and let it go. <<Don't start singing "Let It Go", please.>> If you don't have time for the shower, just apply directly and inhale.
3. My mom gets Charley Horses and this is her go-to to help relieve that pain. She applies Panaway and Lavender to her calves and it helps release the cramping.
How do you use your Panaway? Don't have yours? The potions that I've mixed up, listed above, have the oils included in the Premium Starter Kit. Come and join me on my oily journey. I promise, you won't look back!
