Peace and Calming (P&C) is used every day here at the Headley home. Now that Bean is in Kindergarten, P&C is all over the place. For homework time, I diffuse it in her room to help promote a calm environment and at night, I add Lavender to help her sleep. I also put it on her feet and chest mixed with a carrier oil, like olive oil, to help her rest.
Both of the kids take some time to wind down, so in their baths, I put 2-5 drops of P&C and Lavender in their water depending on their level of activity. The change in them when they start to inhale and soak up the oils is heaven.
Sometimes we have the occasional tantrum...yeah...at least twice a day. What I do is grab my P&C, my valor, and coconut oil or your favorite oil and layer it on their neck at the base of their brain stem. You can actually purchase rollers to make your own "tantrum" roller.
P&C is also a great oil for ANXIETY. You can apply it to your wrists, ears, neck, and feet and diffuse it.
I LOVE how versatile these oils are. You CAN'T go wrong with them!
How do you use your P&C? Don't have it? The potions that I've mixed up, listed above, have the oils included in the Premium Starter Kit. Come and join me on my oily journey. I promise, you won't look back!
