There are so many oils that help provide me with a boost of energy and some mental clarity. A mama needs that so when you're helping your Kindy do their homework, you can actually help them! The oils can be inhaled directly from the bottle, diffused or applied to your wrists, behind your ears, or the bottoms of your feet. You can even make your own blend (mixing 2 or more oils together) to make your own oily goodness. Remember, each of us has a different make up, so play around with the oils to find out what works for YOU.
Citrus Oils: Bergamot, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Tangerine, Orange, and Citrus Fresh are all used for mental clarity, energy, and as air purifiers. They smell heavenly. I also love using my citrus oils in my water in a glass bottle. This helps me with my water intake for sure! **Don't use plastic as the citrus oils will pull the toxins from the plastic. We don't want that!**
Conifer Tree Oils: Cyprus, Idaho Blue Spruce, Idaho Tansy, and Juniper can help stimulate the mind.
Black Pepper can be used for energy and endurance. Who doesn't need this?!
The Citrus Oils are my favorite. But with fall coming...well, I don't know if Colorado will be having a fall. It looks like we're jumping straight to winter...the Conifer Oils are a nice transition to Christmas. Speaking of Christmas, be on the lookout for the Christmas Spirit blend! I haven't been this excited for the season since I knew I was getting a Nintendo...the original one. Christmas Spirit should be arriving in November!!
Rosemary is another of my favorites for mental clarity. While getting ready in the morning, I'll put a few drops of it in my diffuser and let the steam from my shower hold it in the air.
There are a few other blends, such as a Motivation, Brain Power, and Common Sense that help with focus and concentration.
